It may be the case that your Fairybell gets tangled up. The following guide will help you return the Fairybell back to the original shape.
Instructions for untangling your Fairybell®
To untangle your Fairybell, lay it out flat on the ground.
Do NOT detach the LED lights from the fabric straps and do not open all the push buttons between the triangular elements.
Start with the upper hook that forms the tip of the Fairybell. Secure this hook so that it is anchored to the ground.
Now lay out the straps (with the lights) in a straight line from the top (hooks) to the bottom plugs.
Go to the upper hook and take hold of the outermost right-hand and outermost left-hand triangular element (these are the elements generally used to “close” your Fairybell, to turn it into a circular shape). It is easier if somebody holds the right-hand outer belt and somebody else holds the left-hand outer belt. Now (simultaneously) pull gently outwards to fan the Fairybell (flat on the floor).
Work from the top to the bottom. Both people each take the next set of outer belts and carefully pull and untangle them (untangle the light strands).
If the straps and/or light strands remain tangled, then shake the triangular elements well to untangle them.
Tip for dismantling and storing:
Lay the Fairybell flat on the ground after seasonal or other use (neat and untangled). Tie ribbons around the Fairybell elements (light strands) so that you can comfortably begin the next season with an untangled Fairybell. When you place the Fairybell back in the box, hold the top hook up with one hand and with the other hand, lower the bottom part of the Fairybell (pegs and rubber bands) into the box first and finish with the top part and hook.
