Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can send your Fairybell product back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned undamaged and in its original box. Remember to include your packing slip. If you wish to return your product, please contact us and we will give you further instructions. After receipt and verification of your returns, your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible (within 5 days at the latest).
