The Fairybell® All-Surface pole is a black pole 3 metres tall. You need it for the 3 metre All-Surface if your old pole is bent, broken or lost. This product is the pole only, so it comes without a light net and without a ground cross.
What the pole is for
On an All-Surface tree, the pole stands upright in the ground cross. The webbings go around it and so take on their cone shape. Without a sturdy pole, the tree sags or leans to one side.
Which tree it is intended for
This pole belongs to the 3 metre All-Surface version. That tree stands on a hard surface such as a patio, paving or a balcony.

Can I use the pole for a 2 metre tree?
It is made for the 3 metre version. On a smaller tree, the pole sticks out above the light net.
Do I need a ground cross as well?
Yes, the pole stands in the ground cross. If you still have yours, simply use it again. The Ground Cross X and the set of rods can be ordered separately.
