Yes, every Fairybell® has a low energy consumption and usually uses no more than a table lamp. So you can enjoy the holidays without worry!

Are separate parts available for the poles?

Yes, you can buy separate spare parts such as connection cables, light strings, poles and ground peg sets. Is something wrong with your webbing, junction cable set or transformer? Then you can request a replacement free of charge within the warranty period of 2 to 4 years (Standard 2, Premium 3, Pro 4 years).

Can a Fairybell® withstand winter weather?

Yes, thanks to the weatherproof transformer, this LED Christmas tree with pole is suitable for outdoor use and can withstand rain and snow.

How easy is it to install these Christmas trees?

Thanks to the clever set-up system, you can assemble the Fairybell® Christmas tree with pole in about 15 minutes. Instructions explaining every step are always included. Little effort, great result!
