Performance of Contracts
When you make a purchase through the Arli Group B.V. website, we need certain information to perform the agreement. We also use this information to process payments, handle returns, and provide proper warranty services. We retain your personal data included in our (financial) administration for up to 7 years after the end of the relevant financial year, in accordance with our legal tax retention obligations.
