Have your order number and the email address you ordered with ready.
Pack & hand in
You’ll receive your return label by email. Pack the product securely, preferably in its original box, attach the label and drop the parcel off at a parcel point of the carrier shown on the label.
Get your refund
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

What does a return cost?
You’ll see the cost of your return label and the available shipping options in the returns form before you complete your registration.
Wrong, damaged or incomplete delivery?

When do I get my money back?
We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. Returning your complete order? Then we also refund the standard shipping costs. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 10 working days for the money to show in your account.
What are the conditions?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Please return the product complete and well packed, preferably in its original packaging.
Can I track my return?
Yes. After registering you receive an email with your label and the carrier’s tracking link. You can also follow your return in the returns portal.
My Fairybell stopped working after a while. What now?
That’s covered by our warranty: Standard 2 years, Premium 3 years, Pro 4 years. We replace faulty parts free of charge, so there’s no need to return the whole tree. Contact us via the chat or info@fairybell.com.
