14-day right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Register your return via our returns page, where you will find the returns form. Please have your order number ready.
- You will receive your return label by email. Stick it on the parcel and drop it off at a parcel point of the carrier shown on the label.
Cost
Costs may be charged for your return. You will see them in the returns form before you complete your registration.
Refund
Within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used. If you return the complete order, the standard shipping costs are refunded too. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Conditions
Please return the product complete and well packed, preferably in its original packaging.
Faulty product?
Fairybell comes with a warranty: Standard 2 years, Premium 3 years, Pro 4 years. We replace faulty parts free of charge, with no shipping costs. Contact us at info@fairybell.com.
